Frequently Asked Questions
1, Are you experienced with playing weddings?
Most certainly yes. A lot of our bookings are weddings and we will work with the organisers to arrange suitable set up times that fit with the itinerary for the day.
2, Do you play requests?
We can learn requests as long as we have enough advance notice. This can be discussed during the booking process. Please note some songs will not physically work in a 'live' environment. If this is the case, we will work with you to arrange something suitable.
3, How long can you play for?
The set lists we have can provide up to 3 hours of live music.
However, a typical set up is usually 2, 1hour sets with a short break in between.

4, Will you be ready and set up by the time guest arrive?
We will always set up prior to guests arriving. Once set up we will generally leave you to your party until we are due to play. We feel this is the best policy as it allows us the free time to ensure the set up is correct and the sound is as good as possible.
5, Do you provide music when you are not playing?
We will typically bring an ipod with a pre-loaded playlist to play in between our sets. We also have close relationships with DJ's and could arrange for a disco to take place while we are not playing (this will incur additional costs).
6, How long do you require to set up?
We like to arrive a couple of hours before guests, so that set up can be carried out. This reduces the amount of rushing around and ensures the set up and sound are of the highest quality.
7, How will the band be dressed?
During set up it is not uncommon for the band to wear casual clothing. While we are performing we will typically wear suits.
8, How much do we charge?
This is dependant on the duration of the show and distance travelled. If you require us to play after midnight there is a £100 surcharge (in line with Musicians Union guidelines). For further information please contact us and we can provide a tailored quote based on the information provided.
9, Is all you equipment safe?
All electrical equipment is pat tested each year to ensure electrical safety.
10, Do you require refreshments?
We don't typically ask for refreshments, however if offered, they will be gratefully received. Please note the band may be on site for a whole day, so anything offered will be appreciated.
The band will also not take advantage of a free bar; we pride ourselves on our professionalism.
